Fitness 12 Extreme breaks are not for the faint hearted
and are specifically designed to push your limits and test your resolve.
A combination of endurance and strength based days to make you feel
alive and truly tested. From start of the day to the finish you will
take yourself to new limits and experience a beautiful part of Spain
in the process. A combination of running, hiking, mountain biking, hill
sprints, circuit training, gym workouts and lactate training in the
sand make it a full on training experience.
Each day is different and tailored to your needs;
you will go out training everyday and not return to your bed until the
real work is done. Delicious healthy, energy packed food will enhance
your experience and leave you feeling totally uplifted and ready for
the next days training and fun.
Although the weekend is testing, it is not impossible.
We at Fitness 12 realise that there are a lot of fit people out there
who enjoy being put through their paces and yes you have to be fit but
not Ironman fit. This weekend will satisfy any fitness enthusiast who
wants to be around like minded people and have a great time. Most sessions
are two hours or more and test endurance, strength and attitude. You
must complete the Extreme Retreats Questionnaire to see if you are suitable.
You will be staying at one of the finest villa’s
in La
Manga Club. All rooms are en-suite with their own terrace.
The villa is set up to allow you to have you own space yet still feel
part of the group. At the end of everyday you can recover in the luxury
Spa where sports massage and hydrotherapy rooms will get your ready
for the next day’s activities.
