Fitness 12 Elite Golf Retreat

Fitness 12 Retreats are committed to improving your all round game. We take time to address those details that may get over looked. The importance of physical preparation and mental toughness that will enable you to fine tune your technique and increase confidence is our priority. Fitness 12 golf weekends allow you to play two rounds of golf and learn about psychology, recovery, stretches and core strength conditioning. We do this with informal lectures, practical examples and relaxed Q&A’s with our experts.

La Manga Club has become synonymous worldwide, with the very highest standard of golfing facilities and a choice of three-world class, 18-hole championship courses. Each course has its own unique style and terrain. Offering tranquil surroundings and something in every course to challenge all golfers. Fitness 12 retreats combine an enviable climate, leading sports and fitness experts and a fantastic environment, making sure you are on course for fabulous long weekend of fitness and golf.

What do I need to bring?


Everything will be done to make your retreat a great experience. Whilst we think of everything, there are a few things you might want to bring with you.

All accommodation has washing and drying facilities for your gym kit. We do however, suggest you bring three changes of gym kit.

Your I-pod will help you through the cardio sessions and help you relax in the sun.
