Running at the beach first thing in the mornings was a brilliant way to start the day! The gym sessions were intense and despite being a gym member for several years, I learned some new killer exercises – Brilliant!

The fresh food Steve pre-pared was great and I loved the fact that he introduced us to some new protein rich alternatives to keep us satisfied and feeling full throughout the day.

Our Apartment at La Manga was spacious and modern, with a nice open plan kitchen and big balcony. We all had a double room with en suite bathroom – perfect.

It was an amazing 5 day experience for me that I am hoping to repeat sometime soon.”
