THE PROGRAM…
Your detox starts 4 days before you arrive in Spain, with the Fitness 12: 12 day detoxification program. The detox program will include carefully selected supplements, fresh food and light exercise. The program then continues 3 days after you return to the UK to ensure a safe transition to back into everyday life.
